Carol Frey

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping people who hurt and are suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Through assessment and counseling, I use appropriate treatments to encourage and equip adolescents and adults to fulfill their purpose and to achieve healthy life skills and successful relationships. With 7 years of counseling and 20 years of ministry training, I have the experience to guide clients on their path to wholeness.
I have treated clients for trauma, anxiety, phobias, depression, and marriage issues. I utilize evidence based therapies such as Cognitive Therapy, EMDR and Person-centered approaches. I consider that therapeutic relationship to be of utmost importance and take the time to know my clients and their own treatment goals.
You can expect a warm, friendly, non-judgmental interaction with a caring counselor in a safe, comfortable environment. As you express your concerns, you will be encouraged to explore your strengths and resources and in collaboration we will set reachable goals toward healthy living.
