Julie values partnering with others who wish to explore healthier life skills, and has been doing that in one form or another since beginning her career as a home economics teacher (1980). Julie is now a Licensed Professional Counselor, obtaining her Master's degree (IUP, 2010), and specialized training in Christian sex therapy (Institute for Sexual Wholeness, 2012). She helps couples and individuals build sexual integrity in these areas: sex education, sexual addictions, love and romance addictions, sexual wounding and dysfunction. She also enjoys training clients to develop and implement practical anxiety-coping skills, relational and personal, necessary in today's culture.
