Lindsay Oliver
Lindsay Oliver is a licensed Pennsylvania attorney currently working at Eden Christian Academy, the region’s largest Pre-K to 12 Christian school, providing legal and business support. She has a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and an MBA from the University’s Katz Graduate School of Business. Lindsay worked for nearly a decade at the Pittsburgh law firm of Cohen & Grigsby, P.C., where she specialized in counseling companies in multiple industries with respect to corporate matters, including business formation and capitalization, equity-holder agreements, business and commercial transactions, strategic transactions, joint ventures, acquisition and dispositions, corporate governance and transition/exit planning, and focused much of her practice in commercial lending and structured finance. She also worked with governmental and nonprofit clients in the areas of corporate governance, commercial financing and contract preparation and negotiation. Lindsay spent many years serving on the Board of Christian Legal Aid of Pittsburgh, a nonprofit legal services organization serving low-income individuals in Southwestern Pennsylvania. She is an active member of her church, Allegheny Center Alliance Church, located on the North Side of Pittsburgh, where she currently serves on the church’s Finance Committee.
